Prophet Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha, has stirred controversy with bold claims directed at veteran radio presenter and former manager of the late Daddy Lumba, Roman Fada.
Speaking during a discussion on Adom FM in the wake of the legendary highlife musician’s passing, Kumchacha questioned what he described as a “disturbing pattern” involving the deaths of artistes previously associated with Roman Fada.
According to Kumchacha, over the last 20 years, nearly every artiste he has observed working closely with Roman Fada has reportedly passed away under mysterious or unfortunate circumstances. He cited two unnamed musicians from Kumasi who allegedly died shortly after collaborating with Fada, suggesting a troubling coincidence.
Adding a political twist, Kumchacha also claimed that Akua Donkor, founder of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), died shortly after naming Roman Fada as her running mate for the 2024 general elections.
His comments have sparked widespread debate online and within the entertainment community, with some dismissing the remarks as baseless and sensational, while others have called for a more measured discussion around the claims.
Neither Roman Fada nor representatives close to the late artistes mentioned have publicly responded to the allegations at the time of this report.
