Priscilla Ofori, widely known as Odo Broni and widow of late Ghanaian music legend Daddy Lumba (born Charles Kwadwo Fosu), has filed a GHS10 million defamation suit against TikToker Cyndy Emma Koomson, popularly known as Queen Emma and linked to “Team Legal Wives.”
The case was filed at the High Court (General Jurisdiction) in Accra on April 20, 2026.
According to court documents cited by Nydjlive.com, Odo Broni and her six children have allegedly been subjected to ongoing cyberbullying and what is described as a coordinated online harassment campaign involving the defendant and her associates.
The statement of claim accuses Queen Emma of using her TikTok platform to publish what it calls “vile and vituperative” falsehoods, including allegations that Odo Broni bribed a judge to influence a previous court case concerning her late husband’s funeral rites.

It further alleges that the defendant made claims of infidelity against Odo Broni, questioned the paternity of her children, and demanded DNA testing.
The writ also states that Queen Emma alleged Odo Broni “strangled her late husband to death” and used derogatory terms such as “oprega” and “Odo Bronsam.”
Through her lawyers at Cardinal Law Group, Odo Broni is seeking a court order compelling the defendant to retract the statements and issue an unreserved apology.
She is also requesting that the apology be published as full-page advertisements in the Daily Graphic for four consecutive Mondays, as well as across the defendant’s social media platforms.
Additionally, she is demanding GHS10 million in damages—comprising GHS3 million in general damages and GHS7 million in aggravated damages—citing what her legal team describes as the “contumacious” and “malicious” nature of the publications.
