The University of Education Hospital in Winneba has temporarily suspended its Outpatient Department (OPD) services following the ongoing strike by the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA).
The suspension means patients seeking outpatient treatment at the facility will not be able to access OPD services until further notice.
In a notice issued to patients and visitors, the hospital explained that the services would remain suspended until the industrial action is called off.
The hospital apologised for the inconvenience and encouraged patients to contact its administration for further updates.
It added that OPD services would resume once the GAUA strike ends.
