Ga Mantse involved in dawn accident in Oti, escapes unhurt

The Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, is said to be in stable condition after surviving a road accident in the early hours of Thursday in the Oti Region.

According to reports, the crash happened around 2:00 a.m. while he was travelling back to Accra from Tamale, where he had made a private visit to the Yaa Naa in the Northern Region.

The visit was part of ongoing efforts by traditional leaders to promote unity and deepen mutual respect among their kingdoms.

Sources close to the palace disclosed that although the Ga Mantse was not injured and remains in good spirits, his driver suffered severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital for urgent medical care.
