‘The doing of the Lord’ tops Ghanaian radio airplay in 2024

Diana Hamilton’s ” The Doing of the Lord” has been declared the most-played song on Ghanaian radio in 2024, by Chart Metrics.

The song which featured Mercy Chinwo gathered a total 449 total spins on Ghanaian radio.

Chart Metrics also revealed that 2 million songs were played across over 2,860 radio stations in Ghana, accumulating a billion spins throughout the year 2024.

“The Doing of the Lord” is still being played across radio stations in Ghana as Ghanaian still relate with the lyrics of the song.

She won the 2021 Most Streamed Female Act of the Year Award at the 3Music Women’s Brunch. In March 2021, she was among the Top 30 Most Influential Women in Music by the 3Music Awards Women’s Brunch. She was crowned Artist of the Year and Gospel Artist of the Year at the 2021 Ghana Music Awards on June 26 with her song “Adom”.
