GES opens online posting for teachers returning from study leave with pay
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has opened the online portal for teachers who have completed their study leave with pay to apply for postings.
In a notice to all Regional Directors of Education, the Service said the process began on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and will close on Friday, November 7, 2025.
Qualified teachers are expected to complete their posting forms online through the link provided by GES. The statement urged applicants to ensure they provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the placement process.
The directive, signed by Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah, Director of Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD), on behalf of the Acting Director-General, emphasized that only teachers returning from study leave with pay are required to fill out the form.
The move is part of the Service’s routine process to reintegrate qualified teachers into the education system following the completion of their studies.
